Building SecureLend & delegare

About

Financial services is being rebuilt as infrastructure for AI agents. I’m building SecureLend — an AI-native financial infrastructure stack covering origination, underwriting, and agent-native borrower discovery. Delegare is part of that system: a payment layer that lets AI agents execute transactions safely (e.g. handling 402 API payments without cards, prefunded wallets or sharing their private keys with the agent). The goal is to enable agents to operate in real economic environments — not just call APIs. Background in private credit, trade finance, and fintech across Europe, the US, and Asia.

Should AI agents be allowed to hold private keys or credit cards?

x402 is making it much easier for agents to pay for APIs.

But most implementations still assume a trusted agent (often holding private keys or payment credentials).

delegare - Give AI agents spending power without giving up control

Give AI agents real spending power — without giving up control. Delegare lets you define strict spending rules (limits, merchants, expiry), so agents can execute payments safely within those constraints. No card details, prefunded wallets, or private keys shared with the agent. Works for API payments (402/x402), SaaS, and agent workflows. Adds an authorization layer on top of x402. Pricing: 3% (max $0.03 per tx). Minimum $0.005 — includes gas on Base.
