I stumbled across the domain mortgagecalculator.io on some late night domain name searching a few months ago. The .com goes for $3.7M (that's million), but this .io was going for a mere $550. Scooped that up as I had wanted to make a mortgage calculator just for personal use, but this allowed to at least show it off as a project. Put it together in a few weeks. Iterated a bit based on feedback...
