I LOVED the idea of Slack - and I know my review is more about how we use it and not the product itself, so take it with a grain of salt. My issue is that Slack usage can get out of control! At this point I think it's actually creating an over-reliance on questions vs thinking, looking, finding, problem solving. There, I said it.

It's a solid product, I implemented it at my previous company. I wish the user interface would have been "cooler", more inviting. It's really hard to keep sales folks' attention, and I would love to have more modern functions.
