The easiest "draw to explain" interface I've ever worked with. I pull it up daily when doing system design or resource allocation or literally any time I'm trying to visualize something I'm explaining poorly. Cons - confusing interface when there are dozens of Miro boards. Sharing interface could use work.

Excellent, intuitive interface. Makes custom connectors / MCP integration more difficult than Cursor. Built-in PII blocks hurts my particular use case.

Admittedly, I'm pretty biased, but there are two features of the platform that I'm really proud of / excited about: 1. MCP Support. fileAI's MCP Server allows me to build agentic workflows across my entire tech stack in minutes. Being able to call fileAI's proprietary AI OCR models for anything from AR/AP to legal contracts to insurance to personal finance workflows just gives me better data from the jump. 2. The ability to edit the suggested AI schema with natural language prompting, rerun the field, and immediately see the results. Makes it incredibly easy to make minor or major tweaks, see the result, and iterate quickly to build your ideal data model. It feels like a lot of solutions jumped right to building agents and skipped over the need for high-quality data. I like to think we solved for that!

The First Round Review is the single best piece of writing put out in the Startup Ecosystem. Must read every issue.

Best way to communicate. Reaching saturation point with features, however.

It's just the absolute, total best. Makes compliance 82.4% less painful. Really a great idea, great execution, and product-focused organization. Would recommend to anyone.

AI Sheets couldn't handle a basic request of easy-to-find information for a sum total of 30 fields. Idea is great, hype is fantastic, but all of my interactions with the product have been "that's not quite right" or "that's a shame that didn't work."

MCP interface super intuitive. Having my prompts auto-populate on the desired Notion page is magic. Probably one of the easier MCP integrations I've done.

Built a fully functional operational status dashboard for 3rd party API dependencies with a 30 word prompt. Get outta town. Great, intuitive product.
