I wanted to try it out for my new pup and I had to pay 6.99 for a 7day trial. I was looking around the app on how to cancel before the 7days. I couldn’t find how to cancel….then they deducted 39.99 from my account. I emailed them a few times no response…I commented on the instagram page and the reported my comments and I’m unable to post on instagram because they reported me. I only asked them to cancel my plan and refund my 39.99. Will someone please tell me how to cancel. Per their IG account…multiple people are having this same issue
