I'm an engineering and AI governance leader with 12+ years building and scaling technology and quality functions for global brands Chanel, Apple, Aesop, Virgin America, EY. I've led digital transformation for platforms serving 50M+ users and scaled specialist engineering teams across three continents. My focus has shifted toward the harder problem underneath all of that: the gap between a system that works and one that fails is almost always a governance problem, not a technology one. That's the lens I bring to AI governance research now, including work with the Dubai Future Foundation on AI governance frameworks and as an Official Ambassador at SusHi Tech Tokyo 2026.
