BE CAREFUL.. I have been a SafetyWing customer for 2 years. The first claim I had was for an emergency room visit due to a dislocated shoulder. The claim was reimbursed, but my doctor also recommended I get surgery. Well, today I got an email from SafetyWing that said my policy was terminated. They sent me an email Sunday (which I didn't read until Monday) that said my payment failed. And if the payment is not successful by Sunday (that is, the same day the email was sent), then my policy would be cancelled. So you get exactly 0 days notice before they terminate your policy. 0 Days notice. Let's just hope if that happens, you've already gotten all the procedures recommended to you by a doctor. Because once that policy is terminated, you now have a pre-exisiting condition and no other insurance company will cover the procedure...
