People still believe in Multivitamins in 2021? The only thing that makes sense in there is Zinc, but at 7mg it's still 4x under-dosed. The rest is readily available through a magical invention called well-balanced nutritional intake. Source: s/o who works out 4h/day and has wasted enough money on BS like this to make a qualified statement.
