I run the technology organization at Wasteer, an AI company deploying computer vision and LLM-powered systems across waste processing facilities in Europe. My job is to make the product scale, keep the cost structure tight, and make sure engineering stays ahead of what sales needs to sell. Before Wasteer, I co-founded Countercheck, an ML-based anti-counterfeiting company. Raised venture funding, built the team, earned a granted European patent, and closed pilots with some of the world's largest consumer brands. I started in Silicon Valley - first building AI products, then running entrepreneurship programs at Draper University where I helped train over a thousand founders. Two companies built from scratch. One patent granted. Teams scaled across engineering, operations, and sales.
