Once I forgot about PH launch and still landed in top10. How?
Quite embarrassed to share this, but once I forgot about a launch at Product Hunt and opened the page two days later. My product was 10th or 11th of the day. Not so big of course, but considering that I haven't done absolutely anything on a launch day, I think it's still some result.
A week before the launch I met a new girl and totally forgot about everything haha :)

Product Hunt suggests that now you don't really need a hunter for launch. They have tips published and they are pretty useful

I see more and more marketers are focusing on building communities. Such services like skool.com and gokyg.com are providing needed tools for that and it seems to be a very effective way to launch products by having an existing community (dah).

Spotely #buildinpublic First 10 days on AppSumo. Results.
We've got a general listing on AppSumo and for the first week, I wanted to check the organic AppSumo traffic to the listing so I initially didn't start any special promotion activities. The result was disappointing. We've got only a few sales.
Safe to say, you won't get any sales on a general listing without any promo, even considering millions of AppSumo users.
