Great ideas and smart move! Do you plan to get a simple dashboard with all tasks listing from all documents of space? This would make Xmind a great brainstorming to planning tool. No need for complex, just to see all tasks grouped by documents, when they need to be done and who make it. Craft Docs make this. Does outliner mode will be available online? Actually it seems limited to local maps...
