After years of feeling like wellness apps were great at collecting data but poor at creating insight, I set out to build something different. Somyn is an AI-powered reflection platform that helps people build emotional awareness, body connection, and sustainable wellbeing through curiosity instead of judgment. I Had Years of Data, But No Understanding.

About a year ago, I had a realization. I had years of wellness data. Meals logged. Habits tracked. Goals set. Progress measured. But despite all of that, I wasn't any closer to understanding myself.

I'm not trying to build another app that tells people what to do. I'm trying to build one that helps them understand why they do it.
