I'm Samarth, founder and CEO of TaskShelf. We started it because every task tool we ever used charged per seat, and we watched company after company ration it - engineers got accounts, everyone else got a spreadsheet. The vendors called that a pricing model. We decided it wasn't. So we built the opposite: one price for the whole company, powerful enough for engineers, simple enough for the accountant on day one. Launched in silence on 10 Sept 2026. #2 Product of the Day on PeerPush eighteen days later. We set the direction, the price, and every word on the site, and the whole team reads support - no ticket queue, no tier-one script. Build something good enough and the world has no choice but to follow.

The task tool the per-seat industry hoped nobody would build. Sprints, boards, real-time sync, Slack and GitHub intake, native Mac/Windows/Linux apps - the whole company, one flat price. Powerful enough for engineers. Simple enough for the accountant on day one. The only tab you need open all day: every calendar you own inside your tasks, join meetings from here, plan your week on one screen. $10/month for 25 people. Per team, not per person. Your current tool charges that per seat.
