I use this product as an internal communication tool for my small business.
Being a software company where most of our collaboration happens online and few of the employees working remote, we view this as a platform independent chat app which provides, for free, all the features we get from other chat apps.
Especially, there is no limit on how long we can keep our chat history here. but in slack its just 90 days.
In addition, video call and audio call quality really raises the bar as claimed in the advertisement.
I really loved this product.
