Ted Oshman, also known professionally as Theodore Oshman, is an experienced trial attorney with over 4 decades of experience representing individuals affected by corporate negligence, defective products, and medical malpractice. As the owner and principal attorney of The Oshman Firm, a prominent plaintiff litigation practice operating in New Jersey and New York City, he has secured more than $500 million in recoveries for his clients. Since beginning his legal career in 1984 and assuming ownership of the firm in 1985, Ted Oshman has focused on securing justice for those harmed by negligence, pharmaceutical failures, and medical malpractice. He completed his undergraduate studies in Biology at the University of Rochester.
