Great product. Will be switching from LiveChat to this one. However, wish there would be a "Department" feature, where each agent, windows customization, etc. is per department. Running different websites (products) with different agents requires one to sign up with two accounts and run two chat clients (that's why we used LiveChat). Any way this would make it into a future version?

Have been using VSC for some time, but never comes close to Sublime. Though, it is much better and faster than Atom (funny as it is based on Atom), it still doesn't cut it 100%. But, yes this is getting close to being a perfect replacement soon...

Seems like email apps get rejuvenated in 2015/2016. Though, with gmail it will be a hard battle for any vendor... Still going to give it a try, but without a trial my guess is that you won't even get enough users for a sustainable business model. That said, if you are on gmail only, the best app is still Mailplane (http://mailplaneapp.com). Just a happy user.

This looks great, but in order to not run your email over them you should configure it yourself. However, there is no documentation and the link to configuring it yourself, doesn't point to the right documentation either ((and I couldn't find it either). Plus, am I the only one that think that Atom (and everything related to Chrome) is just a resource hog?

We tried to move from GoToMeeting to join.me a year ago. Even paid around $500. Product did not work. My founders in Europe had bad connections. Audio was bad, etc. Long story short, join.me did not refund us, despite all the issues we've had. Nevertheless, this looks clean and easy. However, won't recommend join.me.
