Loom is crucial for communicating with a remote team. Many levels of my team use it for varied reasons. From design changes, customer tutorials, sales demos, feature pitches, the list goes on. We haven't run out of ways to use Loom. Pros: Easy for any level user + Incredibly Reliable Cons: None outside of the roadmap
