I am working as an Admin in The Grammar School, a pre school located in Ashok Vihar, Delhi. I believe in building the confidence in every child so that they can be whoever they want to be, and they can achieve whatever they aspire to achieve. My main work responsibilities are welcoming visitors to the school and dealing with their enquiries answering the phone, managing email/post, using IT systems to draft letters, emails, reports, newsletters, monitoring school supplies keeping financial records, school supplies, paper and electronic records up to date and sending key educational data about the school to the Department of Education or equivalent.
