Been using Berrycast for a few months now. It's mostly saving me time and headaches that often come with unclear comms. My main use cases:
- Client updates: I record myself & screen over my client notes or shared docs to really explain what I mean and what the next steps are
- Project management: I record myself & screen over project management tools like Jira or Notion, as well as over mockups or staging environments. Then I send feedback vids to devs or designers working on the project
- Social media updates: I record myself & screen over project updates, new content, or whatever I need to share. Then I share both a text post as well as a Berrycast — I found engagement to be higher when doing so, plus you get the "views" on your Berrycast recording, another interesting metric for reach
Overall, if I had to give one constructive feedback point, it'd be to polish the UI/UX a tiny bit, but it's not problematic or deal-breaking for me. Just trying to be helpful here. The team's support thus far has been responsive and helpful as well, so that's good!
It's also much cheaper than other products out there, if that's a pain point you have with alternative solutions ✌️

At Snipcart, Missive first freed us from Intercom's suite of expensive products. Then it showed us how powerful centralizing team communications inside one agile tool could be. Understanding Missive's breadth of features and settings can be a tiny bit overwhelming at first, but, thankfully, the team provides killer onboarding & support to customers.
If you're a product person, you'll quickly feel the passion for truly solving operational problems that shines through in Missive. 💙
