I'm very passionate about building tools that make it easier for smart people to solve hard problems. Collaborating on things can be hard even when everyone wants the same thing. Even just getting the right people in the zone at the right time can feel like a miracle, given how busy people get. I think if you can make it easier for those doing the hard work on big problems, that's an efficient way to accelerate progress.
