Shame on you ProductHunt, this Dora creator essentially SCAM users with no intention of giving them a REFUND. I paid for a yearly subscription and requested a REFUND but they tried to design so many hoops, from asking me to join Discord to asking for my bank account to asking for my Dora email access in order to process it, to make people give up. But I'm not going to give up and pay for a poor product that failed to deliver its promises. Terrible customer service, actually ZERO customer service as they tried to used BOTS to automate everything to delay me to another next step required to process it. Normally no other services treat customers this way and just proceed with the refund. Awful product, zero customer service, scammy attitude and scammy designs.
