Almost a year ago now I paid for a DFY build out of automations for my business. Had a meeting with Tuan and they got started. Soon they asked to pause so they could focus on finishing 3.0 so I said yes as it would probably make the DFY buildout better. Well they ghosted me. No more responses in messenger. My support emails don't get answered anymore. I paid for a service that was never fulfilled, and it was past the window that I could file a chargeback through my bank. I was a BIG fan and actually referred probably half a dozen people to mindpal. From what I've seen though, I'm not alone with my experience. I was quietly removed and blocked from the mindpal official group, for commenting and trying everything I could to actually get a response.
