I’ve been using Scoot roughly twice per day for weeks now, mainly to/from the Caltrain for my commute, but also for getting around the city or just riding around with friends. I’ve recently taken my 80th ride and recruited close to 10 friends to join the service. So yeah, you could say I love it. But Scoot also frustrates the shit out of me…. because it could be *so much better* if the app...
