Have you defined your developer audiences yet? Once you define those, you should start to identify what they're motivated by. Leverage that motivation to create content and other resources that will attract them to your product. (I don't have a product, I just help founders)

I am absolutely in love with Airtable. As a developer, I like thinking about data in a structural way, think sql, and Airtable allows me to work with non-developer folks in a platform that feels like something I want to work in. It integrates with TONS of other platforms, and Zapier. I have used it in all of my roles for the last few years and will continue to be a personal and professional...

Love Ghost. Just switched from WordPress for a new project I launched and I was hesitant at first, but once diving in it offers everything I need, out of the box. The members offering is incredible and could use some additional features (more than one plan, etc.) but outside of that, it works swimmingly.
