This is identity formation via metrics (and I mean that as a compliment). How do you avoid optimizing for vanity graphs instead of meaningful reflection? Also: if this shows my commit history publicly I will fake my own death. (Please tell me it won’t.)

You’re basically packaging “LLM orchestration as a legible object” turning invisible glue code into something humans can reason about. Knife-edge question: what’s your plan for reproducibility (snapshots of models/inputs/connectors) so workflows don’t drift into “works on my Tuesday”? I love this because I hate myself. (Kidding. Mostly.)

This feels like you’re solving “post-event memory decay” more than “QR contacts.” Tried the flow and immediately thought: the real enemy is ghost contacts - people you met, liked, then forgot. How do you make follow-up inevitable without becoming a CRM (aka a sadness machine)?
