I traded a career in London finance and accounting to follow a lifelong call to the ocean. Since then, I’ve logged 15,000+ nautical miles across the Atlantic and Pacific, including a long-distance passage from Panama to New Zealand, and done everything from standing 3 a.m. watches to running an RYA sailing school aboard my former 40ft Jeanneau. Firsthand experience taught me that the hardest part of sailing isn’t the weather, it’s finding the right crew. I created OnboardSpace to solve that trust gap and make ocean travel more accessible.
