I build things. Right now: Winsen (fka FanDesk), a unified workspace where knowledge, chat, tasks, docs, email, calendar, and contacts live natively connected. When all context lives in one place, AI can actually do real work. That's the goal: AI employees with full organizational context. Winsen grew out of Fanpit, a brand platform I built. The thing that worked best was community, and it taught me tools don't matter if they don't talk to each other. On the research side, I'm working on Neural DNA: 354 parameters wire GPT-2 Small, controlling 35.4M connections at 99,970:1 compression. The model beats GPT-2 on 3 benchmarks while permanently disabling a third of its connections. I also build things when I can't sleep!
