Do we like resumes? Are they really sustainable? Are they still cool?
I think resumes are very generic and brick and mortar and plain old boring
I feel like hiring managers honestly get tired of seeing the same thing being copy and pasted by each applicant?
You honestly don't get to really know who you're hiring
And simply linking your social media accounts isn't really it...

I find Sizigi to be an awesome and innovative tool in the job search. I love how it allowed me to showcase my skills and creativity to my potential employers. It humanizes and personalizes the interesting job skills that I have to list.
This platform allows my potential employers to get to know who they're really hiring and they're not forced to look at generic black and white bullet points...

Definitely something in the beauty industry. Maybe a spa that specializes in facials, other skin/body treatments, nails, etc
