I do enjoy this new product for Hotjar, it's a great addition to an already fantastic suite of products. However, I do hope that it become better encouraging and teaching users to add quality feedback. Right the users side's UX for non-technical people is pretty bad.

Great font, marvellous presentation and a lovely pay-what-you-want model. I've used Gunnar before (another of Daniel's fonts) – so I know his fonts are thorough.
