Teddy Teece is an entrepreneur, investor, philanthropist, and Managing Partner of Kea Capital Partners (KCP), an investment firm connecting international capital with New Zealand’s light industrial sector. He leads strategies centered on acquiring, growing, and consolidating established businesses that support the country’s infrastructure while working with investors interested in New Zealand. Teddy's career includes serving as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Expert Capital Partners and co-founding LocalEyez and TLA. His experience also covers leadership development, succession planning, executive coaching, and family business consulting. He is pursuing an Executive MBA at Wharton and remains active in charitable organizations and community initiatives.
