Amazing initiative! And it's actually very interesting to know what type of products people participating in the challenge left the reviews to. I went for the tools I'm using daily - Telegram and Canva, as well as a new finding helpful for SEO - Keyword Catcher.

Hi Mark, Usually a marketing manager is a person who sets up the metrics. If you are a product owner and developer and you know where you want your product to be on the market, you communicate this message to a marketer and they create a plan accordingly. But if you are managed by a marketing manager, then it should be their responsibility to communicate you the goals. What type of product are...

If talking about just content marketing having an agency or a person on outsourcing is good enough. It's all about the way you place the task and find the right resource for work. As with a team member - you need to invest time to find a perfect fit, but once you do, you can easily delegate the work. It's important to consider sustaining a team member, with an outsourcing there are less...

Sometimes it feels that good old WoM is best investing time, effort and money (HR costs, for instance) into. Unpaid reference seems more effective in a long run. So probably the pain of influencer campaign implementation is that the results of it would be somehow overestimated.
To the marketers! What's the #1 most painful thing when you're doing a influencer campaign?

The ever changing and developing market has been a challenge - especially when developing a tech product takes time and the needs and the offerings of the market change daily. Probably overcoming the temptation of changing the product features all the time has been a challenge. Can anyone relate?
What challenges are you currently facing building your products ?

.... taking breaks and reviewing my product and progress. Sometimes product makers get too focused on the product forgetting about the market needs, importance of design, everyday life and proper sleep ;) Balance is the key, in my opinion.

That's a very nice piece of advice, Ayush. I'd go in a bit different direction and suggest being patient. Yet not patiently waiting for things to happen, but patiently going step by step - one day at a time, seizing the moment and learning not only about the process but also about yourself. Your company would be your responsibility, and it's important to assess own resources - health, emotions,...

Working on our new product promotion - Timesheet [https://bit.ly/3j1GS79] - and hoping to have several free demo call requests this week. And of course, starting to review the year results and work on some future goals :) How's your week going?

Having a good working environment at home is good enough. Although I do notice that sometimes it's good to be around people working on the same project, sometimes the best ideas come like this. In my opinion, the choice between home, office or hybrid depends on the nature of work :)
Which is more productive for you: working from home or the office?

Hi Sarah, Seems like you are going to have a very busy week :) Thank you for such a great opportunity, my question would be - what does it take to close the first paid deal? How to sell a product without much reference and with limited budget (as organically as possible)?

Getting a subscription to some platform can be a good gift. For instance, premium Spotify can help in creating a positive working atmosphere with music playing at the background. As of tangibles, with a team we have been taking it easy and giving a chance for a gift receiver to choose - so gift cards to stores like Amazon etc. are really savers. Speaking of the team productivity, I'd be a loyal...

Oh wow, this is tough and there are so many goals but just several weeks to go. For me and for my team it would be the best to close the first paid deal. We're focused on that and super dedicated. So fingers crossed. Wishing everyone to achieve their goals and have as positive energy as possible :)
