About Me – Kyler Frisbee I’m the co-founder of pogdigital.com and solo founder of CV3 — a résumé engine I built from scratch using15 different AI tools. My goal? Our friends stop getting ghosted and start getting hired, with resumes that actually match the jobs they’re applying for. Before this, I contributed to building ai and cloud services at Unity, where our work was named one of Forbes’ Top 5 AI Breakthroughs in 2017. I’ve helped job seekers negotiate over $165 million in equity and offers across my career. I’ve worked with teams at Google, Apple, Unity, Rivian, and more — and I’ve always been obsessed with building tools that unlock opportunity for people.
