Working on a new method of scoping projects!

Hello all! I'm in the very early stages of a new project.

In my last project, I worked with a bunch of freelancers and the #1 headache they had was just dealing with the clients. Clients dont know what they want and they all turn into scope creeps lol.

I thought maybe decision tree style flow charts would work better than written scope of work docs, which clients dont actually read. Im in early stages but Im making decent process. its a small problem, probably wont get rich from solving it, but Im having fun!

To everyone following Clarity's journey,

I'm heading back into dev mode, which means I'll be un-contactable and off social media platforms.

Sell Validated Problems for $500–$10k 🦄

Guys, ProblemHunt has formed an international community of developers (mainly from USA, India, Russia, UK, France, Germany, and other countries) who are looking for startup ideas based on real problems. We find and share different people's problems with them, and the community is now growing rapidly.

Currently, all problems are published publicly and for free. However, they are published without validation: no confirmation that the problem truly exists, that others experience it too, and no check of willingness to pay. There's also no market sizing, target audience profile, or clear description of a solution that could and should be developed.

If there are any product managers among you who can handle this, you could sell deeply researched and validated problems to our developers. According to our estimates, there should be an average of 5 7 developers ready to buy each such problem. The price for one such problem could range from $500 to $10,000 depending on its potential.

Automay - A GPT to show SMBs how AI/automation could benefit them.

This is the MVP of what will be a very large project. For now, the chatbot asks simple questions to find where a business owner is struggling and find problems that AI and automation could solve.

Been giving up my entire life - now I finally found passion

I'm 26 now, and ever since I was maybe 11 years old I have been "starting" businesses. When I was young, I of course new nothing, so I would come up with some stupid idea and not know how to sell/market it.

The earliest one I remember is learning what Wix was so I made a website that was supposedly for sharing stories. I thought I would be the next Zuckerburg. The next day I signed on to see that my page got 0 visits overnight so I quit. I guess I thought people just scroll across new websites lol.
