I stumbled onto Focusmate when I was working on a book project last year and my writing partner went out of town. It's been a huge help! I wouldn't have the manuscript finished if not for Focusmate!

Excited to try this out! Have cycled through a bunch of event software in the past and never found anything I really loved.

I've been using Readwise for almost a year and it's one of my favorite emails I get everyday. Often times one of my highlights or notes catches me at just the right time and I see a way to use that knowledge that I didn't think of when I first read it Pros: Great way to deepen you learning and really put the books you read to work! Cons: Really please so far!

Really cool project, excited to watch it develop! Curious what you guys are seeing in terms of at what point it makes sense for someone to launch a paid newsletter. I.e. Are there any metrics/rules of thumb for when it makes sense to switch from platform/audience/brand building with free content to adding a subscription model?
