The platform leverages a human-crafted, AI-refined matching algorithm to pair clients with ideal coaches while seamlessly streamlining business operations for providers. Coach on Tap is on a 10-year mission to help 1 million people get unstuck, gain momentum, and move forward through human-first coaching, supercharged by smart AI. Tanya holds a Master’s in HR/OD and credentials as an ICF PCC, Co-Active, and Generative Leadership Coach. She is an Enterprise Business Agility Strategist (EBAS, ICP-BAF) and certified facilitator in MBTI, DISC, EQ, and 360 diagnostics.
