Before Claro, I did NLP/LLM research and published in Computational Linguistics Journal ( https://direct.mit.edu/coli ) and built data platforms at Yelp. Across both, I kept seeing the same gap: AI can produce plausible-looking data at scale, but there's no default way to know which outputs to trust. The math for confidence scoring isn't hard.
