After 20+ years with one company through multiple buyouts, I was job hunting for the first time in decades — and the process was broken: ghost listings, applications that vanished, résumés filtered out before a person ever read them. So I built LoveYourNextJob, the tool I wished I'd had. It finds real jobs from company career pages, tailors your résumé to each one, and fills out the application — then stops. Nothing is sent until you approve it. Patent pending. I built it with Gen Z job seekers, including my daughter Summer, for first jobs and fresh starts alike. We measure and publish our AI's water use and are working to reduce it. I also founded Nico's Place Foundation, building a day program in Arizona for children and adults with severe disabilities.
