I run UNFOLD, a Japan-side execution and concierge support service for overseas startups and small teams. I work directly on the ground in Japan, helping founders and operators handle local coordination, execution, and practical tasks that are difficult to manage remotely — from operations support to day-to-day problem solving. My focus is simple: close the gap between overseas teams and real-world execution in Japan.
