Hey, I'm Tahmid Khan, and tomorrow I'm launching a WordPress plugin for my open source form builder: https://www.producthunt.com/prod... My last launch (which was for the underlying open source library) didn't really go so well, so I'm wondering what I can do to improve my chances this time around.
That said, the underlying library has grown to almost 6k registered users now, and the plugin I'm launching tomorrow is also pretty great (in my humble opinion), so any pointers that would help my campaign/launch is greatly appreciated.
Forms.md for WordPress is plugin that lets you create Typeform-style or classic forms with simple Markdown-like syntax. You can write forms like text instead of dragging blocks around, or use the built-in AI form builder to generate them for you. Everything works right inside the WordPress admin. Most form plugins feel expensive, bloated, and outdated. This is a cleaner, faster, AI-first way to build forms that actually look good.
Forms.md is a free and open source JavaScript library that lets you build powerful multi-step forms with minimal code. Perfect for user onboarding, data collection, customer feedback, and much more.
