What's great
Out here, the internet can be spotty, and a lot of the big agricultural market sites and weather services are set up for folks in the city or other countries.
My son set up Astro for me on the farm computer. Now, I can check the real-time grain prices from the big markets in Chicago or Sydney directly, without getting a 'not available in your region' message. It also lets me see detailed, localized weather radar from other countries that's more accurate than what we get locally, which is huge for planning harvests.
It's a simple thing, but it puts the same information at my fingertips as the big corporate farms. Helps me get a fairer price for my crop.
