I built this because I've experienced frustrating delays with customer service responses that often came too late to maintain my interest. Many FAQs are either too vague or overly lengthy, and by the time I got answers, I'd usually found better alternatives. I also needed income and saw an opportunity to offer significant value at a competitive price point.
