This service worked extremely well for me. I had 10,000 songs and 648 playlists in my spotify library and needed as much as possible transferred to apple music. This was an intimidating undertaking, and I likely would not have been able to complete the task myself. I am also switching to a family plan on apple music and ending our subscription to spotify, and all of my family members used this service as well. I paid for a one week subscription to get this done as quickly and painlessly as possible and it was worth it. It was finished within 24hours! I'm incredibly happy with this service, music is very important to me and I've been curating my music library and playlists since my late tweens/early teens so it would've been devastating to lose all of those playlists.
