What's great
I provided very logical feedback over five months ago. It was replied to, but nothing at all was implemented. Not even the simplest feature like favoriting folders or using a Custom Prompt when responding with the AI was implemented. Simply nothing. The software is currently unusable as it is.
It creates more work instead. Then I might as well copy texts from ChatGPT into my email program.
What needs improvement
The simplest functions: Favor a simple folder, Custom Prompt for AI response, and a button to respond directly with Co-Pilot.
vs Alternatives
I thought it was logical and had something to do with AI and that they were building feedback, but unfortunately I paid money for it and I would never do it again.
