As an experienced early-stage & growth product leader with over 10 years of proven success, I believe the best products come from teams empowered to be user, customer, & data-driven. I live life with a bias towards action that produces data and insight to then make informed decisions. I believe teams work best when you remove obstacles or roadblocks and they are empowered to leverage their expertise, curiosity, and data-driven methods to find iterative answers. I find comfort creating order out of chaos and breaking down complex, ambiguous opportunities into actionable steps in a way that empowers the team to find success at all levels.
