I discovered BePresent via an ad on Instagram while I was doom scrolling. I've only been using it for 10 days but in my first week I reduced my overall screen time by 35%. And barely visited instagram at all. It's far far more effective than setting up time limits on my phone for each app - I would tend to just ignore them and carry on scrolling but with added feelings of guilt!
