We launch Friday. My co-founder is an AI. AMA before the bell rings.

The story: 27th of Feb, 2026 on a ferry to Lamma island in Hong kong, I (a finance guy who can't write code) spun up a conversation with my AI agent named Max to build a customer support platform. Max wrote 95% of the code. Mobile app on TestFlight. 56 tests in CI. Live widget on supportson.com. $29/mo flat Intercom-style features, Tidio-style price.

The whole launch is Max's first public-facing product as an "AI co-founder," not just an AI tool. So before the launch goes live, ask anything you want about the AI co-founder model, the stack, the unit economics, why we think this is different, what we got wrong.
