I’m extremely disappointed with my experience using Fella Health. I subscribed to their service, paid in full, and received a package missing the medication entirely — the most essential part of the treatment. I immediately contacted support and provided clear photos and videos of the packaging and contents to prove it. Despite this, I was dismissed without a proper investigation. Their only response was to point to their internal checklist process and insist the medication must have been sent. No refund. No replacement. No accountability. This is completely unacceptable from any company — let alone one that claims to support people’s health. Their handling of the situation shows a total lack of empathy, responsibility, and professionalism. I’ve submitted formal complaints to the appropriate healthcare regulators and will be actively warning others not to trust this company. If you value your health, money, and peace of mind — stay far away from Fella Health.
