I personally use Images to PDF the most whenever I need to quickly combine screenshots, scanned documents, or images into a single PDF without installing any software or creating an account. If you re concerned about safety or privacy, you can simply turn off the internet and use it like local software.
It's very easy to use. Once you click on the extension it will give you one piece of advice and for more advice, you have to just click on "Tell me the truth ..." text.
