I made a payment of ₹999.46 to JoonWeb for a website package, but due to their payment gateway not being approved, I couldn’t access the service at all. I tried emailing them multiple times but received no response whatsoever. Despite their own 7-day money-back policy, they didn’t initiate any refund or offer support. I finally had to raise a dispute through Razorpay. Only after losing the dispute did JoonWeb respond and claim they were issuing the refund — even though it was Razorpay who initiated it due to the chargeback result. Totally unprofessional behavior. I wonder how many customers they have ignored or refused refunds to. Be very cautious before making any payments to this company.
