I can't think of a reason not to.

I have a general structure of my day, what I'm gonna do at what time. Then I just go and do it, adapt here and there as the day goes, never tracking it down to the minute.

If the reviews are real, then yes. I've seen tons of ecom sites with fake reviews and it's just off putting.

I'd take it easy. Just like how you need to take it slow when coming back to the gym after a long break, the same concept apply to work in my opinion.

I'd say "The Selfish Gene" by Richard Dawkins is a pretty challenging read.

I use Youtube to listen to music. Spotify is a great way to discover new songs though!

Started my own side project and working on it consistently for 5 months now.

Journaling didn't work for me. I love to write about my problem to sort things out, but only when I actually have a problem worth writing about. Daily journaling just seem like a chore after a while because on most days I don't have anything worth writing about.

Stay physically healthy. You know, basic things like get good sleep, eat well, and exercise. Other than that, I just make sure to have some downtime every week to recharge, that's all.

I think you need both.
